 WELCOME TO "GROF LEGEND" KENNEL
Our story begins in March 2005 when we bought our first female pug Maggie as a pet. She charmed us with her character and appearance. In 2006. we went with Maggie to our first dog show, there we met breeders of the pug race, which was not much then, because at that time the race was not so known in our region. There were two males, both imported from the Slovakia. In 2007, we mated our Maggie with one of them, and from the other one, we bought a male puppy, our Grof. Since then, we have purchased 16 pugs, 12 of them from imports, where we followed first class bloodlines, with good genetics and health. We have managed to create a unique and recognizable “line” of our dogs and we strive to be in accordance with FCI standards. We did not have a lot of litters, but from each we left the best female puppy, that remained in the circle of our family and friends, mating 1-2 times with our males and making the “Grof Legend” blood. Year 2015 is one of the most important years in our kennel and breeding. We went to Malaga, where we are mating our female from Russia, Khloe, with a junior world champion Magnum (JWW DEL SUR ANDALUSI RUN ‘N GUN). Lord comes from that litter, who is crown of our breeding career. From 2006 to 2017 we participated in over 300 dog shows, in more than 15 countries of Europe and made excellent results. We are guided by the importance of quality, not quantity, and of course the most important of all is the health and love of dogs. We are one of the few in our country who have tests for their dogs.
The dogs from our kennel live in Serbia and in the countries all around the world: America, China, Russia, United Arab Emirates, Switzerland, Italy, Austria, Romania, Montenegro, Macedonia, Finland, Poland, Croatia and Philippines. Kinology is our hobby and a big love. My son Zoran is international judge IX and X FCI group, and I am a member of the “Kennel Association of Serbia”.
